SIZING: SHORTS RUN SLIGHTY SMALL. WE RECOMMEND GOING WITH THE LARGER OF THE TWO SIZES IF YOU ARE IN BETWEEN. ( I am normally a 34 waist in most clothing and the XL shorts fit me well)
